nebula mixing system

Compared to the planetary mixing system, nebula mixing system advantages:
The shear speed is low, the stirring temperature rise is small, and the damage to the material is small;
High efficiency, 45min can complete the ingredients;
The slurry has high stability, and the viscosity change is less than 10% after standing for 7 days;
The unit capacity cost is low, and the cost of equipment procurement (30%), manpower (70%), energy consumption (80%) and plant (80%) is significantly lower than that of planetary mixing equipment.

High efficiency, baking can be completed within 3~6h;

High production efficiency, single machine efficiency ≥ 5ppm(pcs per minutes);

Automatic battery sorting system
